BIO:

Tytwan Williams "Ty" is a distinguished military veteran and a driving force in the fitness industry. He is the pioneering owner of Noble Fitness Training, LLC, and Co-owner of The Vault RVA Training Facility. Tytwan is a certified Personal Trainer and a Certified Nutrition Coach through the International Sport Science Association (ISSA). He is also a dynamic motivational speaker and mindset coach.

His leadership and impact were recognized with the "Rookie of The Year" award from the Chesterfield Chamber of Commerce in 2023, and he was honored by being inducted into the Marquis Who's Who in 2024. Tytwan's expertise and passion for health and wellness have earned him features on multiple platforms, including several podcasts, Channel 12 News (12 About Town), ESPN Radio, and various community events.

One of Tytwan's most remarkable personal achievements was his 130-pound weight loss journey 18 years ago. Inspired by his transformation, he dedicates himself to empowering his clients to enhance their health and lifestyles, embodying his guiding principle: "Helping others go above and beyond to become great."
